Question: Do I need to schedule a pick up for my Christmas tree?
Answer: No, our crews will cover the entire city each of the pick-up days.
Question: If my tree is not picked-up when should I send a message, email, or call the number on the envelope?
Answer: Please be patient, our crews are covering the entire city of Roseville on pick-up days and we may not pick up your tree until the afternoon. If after 2:00 PM your tree has not been picked up, please contact us and we will make every effort to pick up your tree that day.
Question: What areas do your scouts pick up trees?
Answer: We cover the entire city of Roseville and certain other areas that are serviced by the city of Roseville, which includes portions of Granite Bay and Antelope. In general, if the City of Roseville picks up your trash you are in the pick-up area. If not, you are not and we will not be picking up your tree.
Question: What if I am outside of your pick-up areas? Will you come and pick up my tree?
Answer: Unfortunately no, we are only authorized to pick up trees in areas service by the City of Roseville.
Question: I am in the pick-up area, why didn't I get an envelope?
Answer: The most common reason for this is if you have a City of Roseville "No Soliciting" sign at your door. If you still want us to pick up your tree place your donation in an envelope and write "Boy Scouts" on it. While we make every effort to leave an envelope at every house it is also possible we missed yours. We also do not leave envelopes at homes in Sun City Roseville.
